These terms apply to your use of digitaldealsstore.com and to services and products you order from Digital Deals Store ("we", "us").

1. Our services

We provide digital media services (such as websites, video editing, social media management and advertising) and list certain digital products. The website does not process online checkout. Orders are agreed with you by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.

2. Quotes and orders

A quote is a description of the work, the price and the timeline. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote and, where requested, pay the agreed deposit or fee. Prices are in the currency stated in the quote.

3. Payment

Payment is due as stated in the quote or invoice. We may pause work while a payment is overdue.

4. What we need from you

You agree to give us accurate information, content and approvals on time. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.

5. Digital products and third-party platforms

Third-party platforms (for example social networks and messaging apps) set their own rules, which can change. You are responsible for following the rules of any platform you use. We do not control those platforms and cannot guarantee that any account, number or listing will remain available.

6. Ownership of work

When the full price has been paid, you receive the rights to the final deliverables created for you. We may show non-confidential examples of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes the rights of others. We may refuse or stop work that breaks this rule.

8. Liability

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Digital Deals Store is registered. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live.
